I had a really great experience getting my passport photo taken here. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Also, the photo quality was better compared to other places I had tried before.

The appointment booking process was also a breeze. The website is very user friendly and I was able to book an appointment for the next day.
The only thing that was a bit weird to me was the fact that I was required to pay for the photoshoot during the online booking process. I'd probably be more comfortable paying on-site and after seeing the quality of the work, but not a huge deal anyways.
Overall, I do recommend PicturePeople and their great team.

Picture People made our day today! The shooting of our couple was so great and amazing! We are incredibly happy how we spent our time together with photographers.
The photographers were so professional, friendly and helpful from the starting point: they made nice make up, explained the way of working and importance to be naturally happy!
In the end we were amazed with our outcome and perfect emotions that we got during the shooting!
Recommend definitely to everyone who wants memorize nice moments and to receive in the end a valuable box of happy pictures!

I did my engagement photos, my wedding photos and baby bump photos at this studio and I obviously love it. The photographers were professional and gave proper guidance in posing. So many backgrounds to choose from and so many props to add to your session. Highly recommended!

It doesn't worth the money we paid 150€ in total !! The photos are not really professional and they were made in less than 1 hour.
We made there e family shooting, it costed us 120€ for family shooting (only) and we have choosen additional 2 extra photos (15€ each) in digital form. The purpose of our family shooting was our daughters birthday on 3 Jan 2018. We were also stressed to receive the confirmation of thr photos in time as it was agreed in advance and we received it on 03-Jan-2020 in the last moment of my daughter's birthday. Therefore, we are giving our sincere feedback which unfortunately is non-positive.

I realized arround here are much better service and cheaper.

The photographer was very professional for a professional photo shoot.

Firstly the advice given was very professional in detail. During this photo shoot, the photographer kept doing some communication with me. I was very happy with the finished product that came out.
If you don't know what clothes to wear for a photo shoot, you can bring them all over and try them, looking at the details of the photos, and you can also pick out the most satisfying ones.
The photos given at the end are also very comprehensive. I would recommend other friends of mine to come here for their professional photos.
I hope others will be happy with their photos too.

If you want really good photos you have to go to Mr. Vejnovic. He is very special in the way he photographs. You can feel his years of experience in the business immediately : you are in the very best hands and feel comfortable. Forget all average photographers! You should be worth it!

Wow, what an experience and service.
Alexander went above and beyond in giving a great photoshoot and service. He stayed calm after realising that I forgot part of my clothes for the shoot and gladly extended the shooting time without charging extra. By this gesture, he not just won me as a customer, he made me his raving fan in Düsseldorf.

Quick and professional. Had been there for Indian Passport Photo and he already knew the specifications so it was easy and quick. One of the best place in near proximity.

I went there for French passport photos. You don't need to queue long and service is efficient. I got my photos within 15 min. I think I paid around 22,000 VND for a set.

Service was refused!

The owner no longer wanted to realize a service booked with a voucher due to my criticism of his problematic scheduling (I specified 4 mornings without a promise).
He was extremely emotional and couldn't even remember phone calls.
The desired cancellation was fine with me, but I was not to receive written confirmation of his full-bodied offer. It's going to be fun with this colleague during the reverse transaction.
There is probably a good reason why the store has to generate its sales through cheap offers and vouchers. If you treat customers like this, you don't necessarily have a large circle of regular customers.
I can't say anything about the quality of the work!!!

Very competent and friendly staff. I have a big problem with being photographed, but I felt very comfortable with this photo studio. Very short waiting times and, as already mentioned, competent advice. I would really recommend everyone to go to this studio, especially if you are a bit shy in this area. Here you are in good hands!

DO NOT GO HERE WITH CHILDREN!!!

I came here with my two young children to have passport photos taken. The photographer was very rude, snappy and arrogant (to me AND to my kids). My little daughter (1 year old) didn't want to sit alone in the chair and cried. She preferred to stay on my lap. I almost had to persuade the photographer to put a white blanket in front of me so my daughter could sit on her lap. (Incredible) She only does this for babies who can't sit up, she said. Just customer unfriendly, child unfriendly. If I hadn't urgently needed passport photos, I would have left immediately. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! It's 1000 times better in Monheim or in the Bilker Acarden.

Since I needed a professional profile photo for my internal and external work related platforms like Outlook, Zoom, Xing, etc.,
I asked within the company if one of my colleagues could recommend a good photographer.

Two of my colleagues had their photos taken at Portraitstudio Groos and were very satisfied with the photos.
Since I could also see these photos in Outlook, I had the opportunity to convince myself of the result.
I liked what I saw, so I called the studio to make an appointment.

(I don't know if you need an appointment. But since I had to travel a long way, I wanted to make sure that they had time for me.)

I was there at the agreed time and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner.
After I said who I am and why I'm there, I was asked straight to the back of the photo studio.

I was served by Mrs. Müller, who is probably the owner there.
Ms. Müller asked how I imagined the photos and what was important to me.
Then she explained to me how to proceed.

For a better result, I got some powder on my face before the shooting and then it started.
I particularly liked the fact that we were protected from the eyes of other customers in the back of the photo studio.
Spectators would have been uncomfortable for me.

I particularly liked the following two points:
1)
The atmosphere was very cordial. As stupid as it sounds: I felt more like an old acquaintance than like one of 100 customers a day.
I also never had the impression that we had to hurry.
On the contrary. I didn't expect that they would take so much time for me.

2)
I squint slightly, which unfortunately could be seen on all application photos.
Ms. Müller, however, knew a number of tricks that a photographer can use to ensure that the customer does not squint at the photo. And what should I say? I finally have photos where I look professional and don't squint. I would not have expected this!

I'm actually not that big of a review writer.
But since I was really so excited, the photos were convincing (plus no squinting!) and the atmosphere was so warm, I just wanted to give something back.
Hence this, albeit somewhat longer, review.

I will come back!

Today I was there with my child to take passport photos. A lot of time was taken, my child felt very comfortable and we are extremely satisfied with the photos. Therefore, a clear recommendation to go there with children!

Very professional , I have read that the duration of the foto session of my newborn baby will take one hour, but I was surprised by 3 hours of skill in work, details, patience, taste, and a beautiful spirit. The studio is beautiful, and Ann and Kuba have patience and skill in work and very friendly . They made an effort with us that I have not seen before. I am happy with the experience. Super photography experts...we love them and their work

Steffi is absolutely amazing! She has created the most picturesque images of our special day. Not only did the photos turn out beautifully, she also helped me with last minute finishing touches. The guests loved her and we felt extremely comfortable with her. It was as if we all knew her as an old family friend. I would recommend Steffi to every friend and family member. All of the emotional things aside, I also have to mention her professionalism from first contact. The entire process from the initial call to the finished product was truly unsurpassed. An incredible inspiration of how a woman owned business should be run.

After extensive research on local photographers in Düsseldorf I picked Stefanie to capture my engagement proposal to my now Fiancé. From the very beginning on our introductory call I knew I had made the right decision. Not only did she bring amazing ideas and recommendations to my proposal plans, but she also brought an amazing personality and attitude every step of the way.

With the photo shoot being a proposal I was extremely nervous and concerned about everything being just perfect and Stefanie help reassure me and assist in planning to ensure it was. She went as far as doing a mock run and it’s her boyfriend of our plan the week before to make sure the lighting and locations would be captured perfectly.

During the photo shoot she was able to capture us in a way I could never have imagined. Stefanie excels beyond comparison in capturing couples in a natural and authentic manner. Not once did we feel like anything was staged or forced and her photos show this. They show the true and real love between us.

I hired Stefanie to capture the most important moment of my life and I am so grateful I did. The pictures she took bring a smile to my Fiancé and my face and warmth to our hearts every time we look at them. We found Steffi over Google. We contacted her and had an initial call to discuss our wishes and get to know each other. Already after that call we were certain that she is a good match.
We have booked Photo reportage of our wedding day. Steffi came in the morning to take pictures of us getting ready, family arriving till our lunch including couple only pictures. With Steffi it felt all so natural as she would be part of our family.
But after we saw the final results of her work we were completely joyful.

While our trip to Stockholm we decided to save our romantic memories in photos, but we had time only for a short photo shoot. Stefanie understood the task and did all the job professionally. We felt comfortable in her company: we were just walking through the town and enjoying the atmosphere, while Stefanie was taking pictures. We got our photos quickly and everything was great. Definitely, I recommend Stefanie as a professional photographer!

My wife and I decided to celebrate out elopement with close family in Germany in part because of my grandmother and in part because of the beautiful scenery. We decided on a winter wedding and luckily we had snow combined with a beautiful sunny day which made for a stunning scene. We got in touch with Stefanie on short notice as far as wedding planning goes and she was super helpful and forthcoming from the start. We didn't have everything completely planned when we contacted her but she was very flexible and understanding and even offered some really great advice on some timeframes for the photo shooting due to the short winter days. We had a Skype interview with her due to us living in Australia and she was super friendly and even spoke excellent English which was very helpful as my wife does not speak any german. When we finally got to have our day Stefanie spent morning shooting my wife as she got ready and her partner joined us to documented out ceremony very discreetly without interfering with it to take shots. The only thing she asked was that we take it slow when putting on the rings and kissing so she would have a chance to capture the moment. After the ceremony she took us to a lake with a stunning view of the mountains to take some group picture with the family as well as some on our own. She encouraged us to take some more relaxed shots while having some fun in addition to the more serious ones and we had a really good time but it also made my wife a lot more relaxed because she is usually quite nervous about taking photos. After the group shoots where done Stefanie suggested a trip up the mountains for some more solo photos to which we happily agreed. This was when we really had some of the best time as spent few hours hiking. We had an amazing time taking in the view and talking with the two as we made our way up to the mountain hut, stopping every now and then to take pictures when Stefanie spotted a scene that inspired her. When we got to the hut we got some drinks warm drinks and took some more cozy photos and spent lots more time talking. Lastly we took some more photos by the hut as the sun set over the mountains and then made our way back to the car. They even dropped us off at the hotel and said goodbye to the family before heading out. All in all it was an incredible day and Stefanie did some amazing work but I think the fact that she and her partner are such wonderful people is what really made an excellent photo shoot into something unforgettable. I cannot recommend her highly enough and can guarantee that she will not disappoint.
