Anthony deserves a 10 star review. I did copious amounts of research before hiring him to shoot my professional headshots. I am very picky about things like this, and have extremely high standards. His work product that he shares on his website was beyond impressive. But his collaborative, patient approach was what convinced me that he was the right artist for me. He spoke with me twice over the phone, and answered all my questions before I booked an appointment, and was very detailed in regards to his approach to the process as well.

Then when I showed up onsite for the shoot, and was blown away by his jaw dropping, stunningly beautiful studio...wall to wall windows that overlook all of Downtown Los Angeles. Anthony began the session by asking me what I envisioned for the shoot, and then provided several different options to consider. He made the process painless and fun!

Then I saw the pics. It's worth noting I am anything but photogenic. The shots were amazing. It's clear he has spent years, if not decades perfecting his craft. Suffice to say I got WAY more value than expected for the money I invested. I was so impressed, I immediately decided to book him to shoot my family's holiday card pictures in the fall. I can't wait to see how they turn out.

I could not recommend him more for to anyone seeking world class quality headshots. Even if I had to travel to have him take my headshots, I would do it. You can't put a price tag on what good headshots can do for your branding!

I’ve come to Anthony twice so far and he is amazing. He has a way of connecting with you and making you feel so comfortable that you end up getting shots you would never have expected. I’m usually not very comfortable taking stills, but he just makes it seem like any other day. The results speak for themselves. He is also very knowledgeable about the industry and what people look for as well as what cd’s and directors might see when they see you and knows how to play to those aspects. Anthony has provided me with all of my favorite headshots and I could not recommend him more. You won’t be sorry.

Anthony listened to exactly the vision we were looking for and worked hard to find the perfect settings to create that. My daughters headshots and senior pictures were perfect. So glad we found him! We will definitely be going back to Anthony!

Even in settings with multiple people -- a huge memorial event we wanted thoroughly captured - Anthony managed to get beautiful pictures by remaining unnoticed and yet retaining the eye to capture that best, spontaneous picture. The individual portraits he does, surprisingly also have that same unique beauty coming from inside the individual as they find they are relaxed, happy and feeling very comfortable with Anthony's friendly and gentle easy professionalism. This was my first experience having professional headshots taken, and both Armando and the makeup artist I worked with (Helen) made the experience incredibly seamless and comfortable. All communication leading up to the appointment was clear and helpful, and the photos themselves turned out lovely. I was very impressed with the angles, the color choices, and Armando's ability to create more natural poses — the latter was especially impressive considering the fact that I was very stiff and nervous at the beginning of the appointment, a feeling that completely disappeared by the end due to Armando's (and Helen's) kind and welcoming demeanor. I considered a lot of photographers before landing on Ren as our wedding photographer. There was something about his style that was ethereal, different…saturated with life and color. I had my very first ever photo shoot with Guy on Saturday and it was great. He was kind, patient and a great photographer. The music he had playing made it fun for me and helped me relax. He takes his time and doesn’t rush to make sure he gets great shots. He periodically goes over the photos he has taken to that point. He also had a great makeup artist there also. I can’t wait to go back in a couple months for updated photos.

Guy is an amazing photographer. The level of diligence and perfection he’s putting into making sure you look perfect on your headshots is incredible. He’ll adjust your clothing many times throughout the photo shoot and work with you to show authentic and professional poses and facial expressions on every image. I’m very impressed with the results and highly recommend working with Guy.

My experience with photographers hasn’t always been the best as their are individuals who are strictly interested in the monetary gain. I needed new headshots so I was a little anxious about trying to find a new photographer. I quickly noticed that Guy wasn’t at all what I expected. He was very detail oriented and it was easy to tell he was enjoying the process just as much as I was. If I could give Guy more than 5 stars, I would. This is not my first headshot but it is, without question, the best experience and outcome. Let me start by saying that I am not photogenic and am ill-at-ease having my picture taken. From the moment I met Guy, he made me feel very comfortable - he is a engaging gentleman. His home studio is very cool and offers many backgrounds and setting options. Upon our meeting, Guy knew exactly the right setting and background for my headshot. He took numerous shots and even suggested a quick wardrobe change. I left with a plethora of shots from which to choose on a thumb drive that I brought with me. After selecting a shot, Guy promptly (and I mean within an hour or so) had touched it up to remove certain imperfections without making the picture look like some other guy. The end result is quite amazing, especially since the camera does not love me. Guy is now my go-to and should be yours as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh on my most recent head shots. Not only was he a cool, chill guy...but he also gave me a lot of instruction to make me more relaxed and confident during the session. He certainly has an impeccable eye for taking photos. He took so many great photos, it was hard for me to choose the finals that I wanted to go with. The studio set up was professional and he has a good variety of music to keep you going. I would highly recommend him!

We found Seda on yelp and we are glad we hired her for our corporate headshot session and team photo shoot in Los Angeles. She was easy to work with and very respectful. Everyone said the headshot sessions went smoothly and were fun. She had even brought a speaker that played relaxing jazz music.

We went to have corporate headshots taken for my team and me. Seda was an absolute
professional. She was so nice. All my employees felt at ease and actually enjoyed the photo shoot. Photos were then sent to us right after the shoot and we were able to pick the ones for the retouch on the same day.

I definitely recommend Stepanyan Photography. It's worth the money. I got the $500 premium package as it included a professional makeup. And, believe me, it was the best decision to make. I had my headshot session with Seda. I knew she cared about her clients from our first call when she gave me a lot of information about getting prepared for the headshot session, wardrobe, colors, skin, etc. She made me drink 2 litres of water for the whole week before the shoot. ))) I didn't know there was so much to do before the shoot. But I'm glad I did. Aside from great pictures, I got a lot of knowledge that I'll use in my coming photoshoots (and even for my selfies).

I needed to update my corporate headshot in a short amount of time. After searching for photographers in the Los Angeles area via google and yelp, I chose Stepanyan photography. I am ever so glad our school chose to use Renee Farias to be our videographer for a campaign we are doing to raise money for our school. He exceeded my expectations. I was a headshot virgin and looked at many photographers to be my first. I knew when I found Nogen and speaking with him that he was THE ONE. Not only did a working actor who I know highly recommend him, but his passion and knowledge about his work was infectious. He had a whole PDF on the art of headshots and his learnings over the years, which totally got my number. And beyond that, he worked with me every step of the way, from nailing down my looks/types to choosing outfits on the day that would best personify those looks to meet our goals. He also made me feel completely at ease and allowed me to bring out my essence during the shoot, which translated to the photos! I got so many great shots from 4 looks (like at least 50 GREAT shots) and I can't wait to get these out into the world.

The way Nogen was able to engage with our daughter to bring out authentic laughter and natural expressions was quite impressive. Add that to a studio location that feels bright, edgy and oozes creativity and the results show! The new headshots look stunning.

Nogen is a an incredible photographer and director. From the pre-shoot session discussing goals, all the way through processing finals, he made the process of getting new headshots easy and enjoyable. These are by far the best headshots I've received, as well as the most fun I've had going through the process. CANNOT recommend him and his team enough. So grateful for the experience.

I couldn't have asked for more before, during, and after the shoot. Nogen is incredibly talented, professional, intentional, extremely knowledgeable, fun, manipulates light like a boss, makes you feel comfortable and just simply knows what he is doing. He will work with you throughout the whole process to make sure he understands your goal and helps you achieve it.

Couldn't be happier with the result! Typically I'm lucky if I have one good picture to choose from-- with Nogen I had too many to choose from (and he helped me with that too!!).

He also works with the best make up artists so I highly recommend investing in that as well. This was my second time working with Nogen. The first time I did not invest in make up; the second time I did. It was 1000% worth it!
