My experience with Mark was a wonderful one! I had never gotten head shots done before, and was fairly nervous about posing for the camera. Mark made it so enjoyable and did a great job of relaxing me. He was laid back, supportive and encouraging. After the shoot was finished, he promptly sent me the photos, and the selection was amazing! They are stunning photos, that I can be proud of! I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants to work with a true professional, who knows exactly what he is doing, and also is just a gem of a person!

Wow, what an amazing photo shoot! It was such a pleasure and excellent experience working with Mark. Not only did he get me as an actress but he got me as a person and was able to put all of that into the photos and then sent the proofs super fast. I came away with not only a super fun experience and great photos but also having met a truly great person - he is one of a kind. Mark is by far the best photographer I have ever worked and he is my ONLY choice from now on. :-)

Mark is an extremely comfortable as well as a very professional photographer to work with. He was charmingly encouraging throughout the entire photo shoot and I never even had time to feel worried or self conscious. Not only was the experience working with Mark so wonderful, but the end product was nothing shy of excellent. His ability to capture stunning photos, as well as touch them up with a keen attention to detail was just perfect. I would recommend anyone and everyone to work with Mark and I know I will definitely seek him out whenever I need new photos as well. It was a lovely experience.

Mark was absolutely fabulous! He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable....so much so, you almost forget he's taking pictures of you. His style is unique and the shots are beautiful. I've worked with a lot of photographers, but Mark is certainly one of the best. He's efficient, professional and kind. Mark also has an eye for editing. Some photographers edit the photos too much, almost to the point where you are unrecognizable, but Mark's editing is subtle and beautiful. I would highly recommend Mark Bennington Photography! 5 stars, sir!

It was a busy day when I had my session with Mark. But as stressed and rushed as I was to make it to the shoot on time, his initial smile totally put me at ease. Mark had a wonderful way about him that made the shoot so much fun. One thing that we don't see as much as we used to are people who genuinely love what they do and Mark definitely does. In the brief conversation we had during the shoot, I realized that he is not just a great photographer but also a fantastic human being. Listening to him talk about his art with such passion reinvigorated my own passion for my craft. The photos that he took were wonderful and well worth the money. The money part of it is probably the most important for me because I get buyer's remorse almost immediately with most things but with this, not at all. Having photos taken by Mark Bennington is not just a good deal but a really nice treat to have. If you're looking for a great photographer, get Mark! You won't be disappointed.

Visited Tolios Photography for my (Greek) passport photos and found it the best experience. Completely assured by Maria with her professionalism. For example, she took multiple photos and then went through each one to request my feedback. She also provided her consultation to the best one. I really appreciated her time and expertise and trust her implicitly for future photographic services. I would rate 5+ stars if possible.

Amazing service by the very sweet Maria! She takes the time to adjust the quality of the photo unlike CVS. Loved my passport photos and will definitely be coming back for visa pics in the future.

Great experience and very helpful! Was willing to help me with personal photos and passport photos (Greek specifications) with very little notice. Very good with communication and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Maria has kept authentic, savory and beautiful photography alive for over 30 years and she still continues to do so til this day. Her work is beyond impressive and you will get more than what you’ve payed for. They just don’t do it like her.

My session with Ted was nothing short of amazing. After telling him about myself, my type, and my goals he came back with such a clear vision and process. The shoot was fun and freeing, and the finished results captured everything I was feeling in the moment!

Absolutely LOVED shooting with Ted! He’s an artist in the way he works, sensitive, connected and inspiring! I had been with another head shot photographer for the past 15 years who is no longer in the business so was VERY careful selecting a new photographer. I love my new shots! As does Casting and my agents (who are incredibly honest) and really anyone I show them to. I left the session feeling uplifted and empowered. He is WONDERFUL!

Going in for the maternity shoot I was nervous not knowing what to expect. From the time of my arrival Irina made me felt comfortable and explained each step of the photo shoot, what is to be expected. I loved that she and her team provided hair, makeup and full wardrobe, which made the whole process less stressful. Irina created amazing photos, she’s highly talented and creative, truly captured the beauty of my maternity shoot.

Irina is absolutely amazing! I went to her for my maternity pictures and they were stunning. We just returned to take our baby's 1st year pictures and they are absolutely beautiful. It was really hard to pick our pictures. Irina is sweet and personable and makes you feel comfortable. For my maternity shoot Kristen did my make up and hair and I felt like a movie star. Irina was also very sweet with our baby and took amazing pictures. Thank you so much for your talent.

My wife and I ordered the mini-maternity session with Irina for our prenatal photos and were blown away with how beautiful the photos came out! Irina is incredibly talented, organized, and knew just how to guide and pose my wife and me to get the most natural and stunning looks. I really didn't know what to expect for the maternity photoshoot. All I knew was that I wanted to capture the beauty of this pregnancy and Irina's portfolio stood out to me. My husband and I felt right at home from the very beginning. Irina, the photographer, and Kristen, the stylist, were absolutely incredible. They made me feel comfortable, had the best advice on which looks would compliment me, and overall had a fun time connecting with them. The entire experience made me feel absolutely glamorous! I had an amazing experience taking my maternity photos at Brilianna Photography. Irina exceeded my expectations and I could tell that she truly cares about her clients and her work. She took the time to adjust my outfit, fix my hair, help me get into the perfect pose, etc. She was also friendly, kind and a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend Brilianna Photography. I know I will cherish my photos and the memories for a lifetime.

I like the studio, every convenient, and as I was striking, the receptionist was calm and cool. We stayed a little bit over closing time. This is a place for shooting videos and photographs. If you are on a tight budget or have no budget at all.

I have been shooting at this space for a long time and have enjoyed every single shoot that I have done there, the staff is very friendly and an overall super professional crew. Olga, who is one of the staff members, is very knowledgeable, and helpful should you need anything while creating your project. FD Studio Astoria is absolutely my favorite location to shoot at in the NYC area, and is one of the reasons that they will always have my business. The studios also have great daylight. If you are looking for a perfect studio, they have an amazing selection, and at a great price. Would highly recommend for any project.

My birthday photo shoot was done here!! The room we picked was everything we needed and more! This room with the yellow wall is everything!

My Client rented Studio 8 with the Cyclorama.
Good thing I brought my own lighting- the 2 Alien Bees provided were awful- and no trigger.
Service personnel was not able to locate a BOWENS MOUNT softbox , nor a low profile floor light stand.
only one V-flat was an actual 'V' and the others had no stands, or at least they were not offerred.
The cyclorama was poorly maintained and FILTHY.
We were told there would be an extra charge for 2 unused directors chairs. After 4 hours, we were rushed out- We completed the shoot the next day at my own Studio On Long Island- it would have been much easier to do the complete shoot there.
The Client will not book there again, I will be reluctant to to shoot there again,

I love the place. It got several rooms with lighting equipment. Some of the rooms are good for natural light photography.

Space was very nice. No issues. Heat was great in the dead cold of winter, fan was great and I had previously used two of their rooms without realizing it was the same space. Flower wall, large room with cyc wall, and shower/tub room. All were great places to shoot and pretty well lit. They provide you with enough to work your shoot without worry.

Staff was absolutely friendly, made sure you were in your room on time and multitasked well. I heard no complaints. I will say I'm not sure if there's an elevator for general walkup but those stairs to the 4th floor will kill if you aren't in reasonably good shape. I got leg day in without the gym but all in all still an amazing experience and free parking is decent in that area with parking lot options not too far away as well.

Studio space we used could definitely use some updating. Also submitted an equipment list for the room prior. It wasn't readily available and we had to run around and get the items. Other than that expecting amazing photos!

My 4th time being there n had a awesome experience...my client's had a great time n each studio we was in,was a learning experience. If you haven't been here before, my advice to everyone is to go try it out n you will not be disappointed.

Cannot stress enough how important it is to work with photographers who put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. I cannot imagine that anyone would ever not get along with Scott. Not only is he pleasant to work with but he is very good at giving clear directions that make for a better outcome. Me being comfortable SHOWED in the pictures and I could not be happier with the final edits. Very thankful to have found this studio.

Highly Recommend. Headshots can be such a pain in the neck, but Scott really makes it easy. Jut super efficient, helpful and supportive and the greatest response ever. Plus he takes a really professional shot :D

Incredibly amazing experience!! Starting from booking, through actual photo session, to retouching, everything was super efficient, well communicated, and performed!! I've gone to other photographers before, so with some perspective to compare, what's special is he'll give a super personable touch to all of his work, incredibly communicative with everything, whether through phone, email, or social media, and on actual photo session, really help experiment with you to get all perfect angles, even going outdoors as well, and once retouched, be open to further edits as well, if there's anything in particular you want changed, all at super incredibly affordable prices!! These days it can be hard to find an affordable photographer, especially with many actors or creative entertainers already financially strapped, all while having excellent quality as well! Scott will deliver all that, a gift to our community, I have many creative and entertainment friends, some who've also taken with Scott, and personally hope to come back, and continue highly recommending!!

It was super easy working with Scott. The online booking system was easy and the whole process was fast from booking an appointment to receive the retouched pictures.

I would happily give Scott a 6th Star if it were possible. I booked a session with Scott to take acting head shots of my 11 year-old son, who had never been professionally photographed. My son was extremely apprehensive and anxious upon arrival. With seconds, Scott's warmth and professionalism set him at ease and became the foundation of a wonderful working session. Scott knows his business and handled the entire process with immense expertise. From our initial phone call discussing logistics, from wardrobe to hairstyle, onto the actual session, Scott orchestrated it all. On set, his equipment is first-rate, including an advanced lighting system that I have only seen before on large movie sets. Upon the completing of the session, Scott masterfully navigated us through the photo selection process, ensuring that we chose the most attractive and commercially appropriate shot to include in my son's portfolio. Scott's post-session follow-up was extremely timely and responsive. It would be hard to imagine any improvements to his process. THANKS!

I had my first session with Clint today, and honestly, I was nervous about shooting outside because I was sweating so much, but Clint is a professional. He picked the perfect day and time, and the shoot was so much fun! Clint directs you and empowers you the whole shoot he has this incredible infectious energy that completely takes the awkwardness out of the session! The entire thing is Collaborative, and he’s going to ensure you get what you need to get those auditions you want! SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Clint is a fantastic photographer, he really understands actors and the kinds of shots/expressions that work best for booking work. I am really pleased with all the wonderful shots I got and he really took his time with me. And best of all, after not getting any auditions for months, I suddenly got an audition for a recurring Guest Star role on an ABC pilot within days of uploading my headshots to Actors Access! So the headshots were spot on! I highly recommend Clint to any actor looking for first rate headshots.

He was involved in wardrobe consultation, making sure our looks were on point with current NYC industry trends--meaning what casting is looking for in a headshot, as well as what shows/character archetypes are current or coming down the pipeline. Jeremy’s work is beyond amazing! He recently did a mini photo shoot for my son in Central Park. This was my son’s 11 birthday trip and his first time in NYC. Jeremy not only managed to capture my sons bubbly personality in each photo, but he also managed to catch a few moment of me and my son as well. I’m typically always behind the camera so having someone catch those precious moments of me with my child was perfect. I am so happy we found Jeremy on our trip and I’ll be booking him for future projects as well. 😁

We love the photos that Jeremy took for us! He has a great way of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. His work is of high quality and definitely worth the investment. The session he does with the wall art really helps bring to life the photos. It’s truly an art and worth the time to go over. Once we saw our portraits visualized on our wall, it made it very real for us. And then when we received them and had them installed it was as if the wall had been made for our photos! 110% recommend!

Ran into Jeremy one night while walking through corona park with my partner. He stopped me and explained what he does and offered to take photos of us. He was very polite, professional and had a great attitude. This was our first time taking professional photos and he’s such a natural and made us feel comfortable.
