I'm very happy with the service. Mark H is a great photographer. I wanted relaxed photos documenting our engagement party, and featuring the beautiful venue and Melbourne night skyline. This is exactly what I got. Highly recommend this professional service. Also a big plus for easy communication.

Organising my headshots through Snappr Photography was a positive experience. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is a great way to source a photographer when you need one. I felt very comfortable working with Laura, the photographer I chose from the Snappr site. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. I would definitely use her services again and will be recommending her and Snappr to others.

Package and concept look good, but extremely rude, pushy and impatient sales staff. Special shout out to sales woman who wasn't interested in answering my questions, and kept reciting her sales-spiel rather than interacting with me. When I said that I preferred to ring her back rather than making a time for her to contact me again, she hung up on me mid-sentence. Shame, because before that I had decided that I would go through her rather than the website, as she would have gotten a commission...

This is the first time I have used Snappr. I found it very user friendly and convenient. I am a new business starting up, so did not want to spend a fortune, but still wanted quality images for my website and instagram account. Snappr arranged for Todd to capture the images and I was very impressed with the quality, professionalism and convenience. Todd arrived as planned in the morning and the images were available in the afternoon. Highly recommend this service.

Has a great experience booking through Snappr. Prior to finding Snappr we had such a difficult time with finding a photographer, many were unresponsive or cancelled. When I found Snappr it was honestly a breath of fresh air. Seamless experience and Sebastian was an incredible photographer. I got a free headshot from Julia at the CommBank SmallBiz Expo and I was so impressed with her! Even though it was a promotional event, she took her time, made sure she had good angles, ensured I was comfortable, and then took me through the shots briefly at the end so I could choose my favourites. She said that even though they were free, she wanted to make sure they were photos I'd actually use, and I definitely will! I've now got a great contact for next time I need professional photos done!

I felt I was in great hands right from the very beginning before even meeting Julia, with the care she put into finding out about me and what I wanted from my photos. I recently had a boudoir photo shoot done with Jude at The Melbourne Portrait Studio which was a wonderful luxurious empowering experience. There are many reasons for a woman wanting to do a boudoir photo shoot the celebration of womanhood is a personal, intimate and liberating experience and Jude is expert in capturing those fun, cheeky, sensual and classy poses that convey the essence of being a woman. Right from when I booked Jude was in touch with me discussing the kind of photos that I wanted and my expectations. So by the time I arrived for the actual shoot I felt that we already had a good understanding which elevated some of my nerves. Jude is very mindful of boundaries and so at no time did i ever feel uncomfortable and she let me be the driver of where I wanted the shoot to go. On arrival Mimma did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup the pampering makes you feel beautiful before you even start with the photos. The actual photo shoot was relaxed, Jude is open to suggestions because ultimately whilst she will guide, she wants you to feel empowered. The final result is a collection of photos which I am so proud of, Would I do it again? Absolutely in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Jude at The Melbourne Portrait Studio did a photoshoot with my staff and we all had a great experience! Jude is clearly an expert and isn't happy unless all photos are perfect. She regularly checks in, as she also wants you to be happy with them (during the shoot and in the touch up process). For us the most valuable thing was having Jude refine our positions to ensure the best angles for everyone, in a way that looked professional but also natural and relaxed. Our organization, Melbourne Zen Group, recently engaged Hamish to take photographs for a significant community event. We found Hamish to be an excellent communicator, someone who listens well to understand ‘the brief’. He was asked to photograph a ceremony planned to authorize and welcome a new Teacher to our group. This involved working discretely to capture important moments of the ceremony without impinging on the flow of the proceedings. Hamish achieved this beautifully. His skilled photographs creatively convey the flavour of the day, providing a valuable record for our group.

Hamish was excellent. He took terrific people and product photos in our industrial setting. He paid great attention to the angles and background to optimise the photos which are crisp and sharp but with a brightness and warmth that we haven't seen before from other photographers. Hamish brought a number of lenses to suit different targets and submitted the photos well within 24 hours. He was fantastic to deal with - prompt, helpful and professional and we will definitely be using him again.

I stumbled upon Appleby Photography online. This hit or miss situation landed me just what I was after: A skilled photographer with an authentic eye and a genuine personable approach.
