I booked the studio to the portraits for my art project. The staff (René) was super helpful setting up everything and assisting with the studio lights that were new for me. The space is nice, the equipment is great and the staff only speaks English well which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!

Lovely little studio with professional lighting equipment, plenty of basic accessories and a great ambient. Monthly subscription model is a fantastic option for semi-pro and beginner photographers. In house film developing service makes a Blendpunkt a definite go-to for analogue photography lovers in Graz.

Tanja gives you such a great, familiar feeling that you quickly put on your shame that you don't have a perfect body. We booked a newborn session with Nathalie. It's so nice to see, especially as a new mom, when someone is totally empathetic and patient with the child, calms them down when they're a little restless and really takes the time for the shoot. In addition, my extremely pubescent dog was there, who had to protect the little sister all the time and barked from time to time. That didn't bother her either, and she really got him involved too!

I had great difficulties with my biometric passport photo during the visa process for my semester abroad in Malaysia. Nathalie Weber helped me to edit my existing photo according to all guidelines, even though she was ill. I am just beyond grateful for their help!

A late response, but the photos of the christening, which were taken on October 1st, 2022, turned out really great. The family members, where we have already distributed the photos, are all enthusiastic and so are we. If we have another child, we will ask again for photos of the future baptism. Absolute recommendation - two thumbs up =)

Fun event for groups or family!

Had a shoot recently. It was very funny and I would recommend it.

Nice team but the ground was freezing. Would recommend for toddlers to wear nice shoes. Barefoot photos were extremely uncomfortable for the adults. children would get sick.
But I reported it back and my feedback was forwarded to Graz by the head office according to the mail.

Super cool photo studio. For me, an annual visit is almost mandatory. It's so great when you're the photographer yourself. These forced poses are gone. The photos are well edited and look really great. A very small minus point is unfortunately it is relatively expensive. But like I said for once a year that's easy indoors compared to other photographers.

Daniel is an outstanding photographer with a lot of talent! His studio is modern and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. There is also a wonderful play corner for the children :) My children are enthusiastic about Daniel and I am very happy to have found a photographer where my children feel very comfortable and in good hands. The quality is unique and also reflects Daniel's passion. I will definitely come back with my dog ​​Chase to let Daniel capture wonderful moments. Lousy acquisition ploy. You get a very friendly call from an employee who is actually an actor (so he says he is on short-time work at the moment) and uses his honorable voice and is told that in the past there have probably been more requests on the pressflash page for a and apparently there was no press photo of one there. Therefore, it is offered to take a professional photo, which pressflash has already paid for. It's all well and good and everyone needs a hook to get their business off the ground (even if it's certainly not true that there were more inquiries about me on pressflash; but hey, that statement doesn't hurt anyone).

Then - to be on the safe side - point out that the appointment confirmation states in writing that the press photo is free of charge for you. Of course, this confirmation is missing. So you get suspicious and research this pressflash page again and get the impression that they want to take a photo where only they themselves have the rights for this pressflash page, and you yourself have an extremely small to no use (yes, Fa Of course, Furgler will claim that the whole world turns to pressflash for an impression of an entrepreneur.).

So again by email the specific question as to whether the photo is free of charge and whether I can use it myself (for my website). No Answer. Then again urgent on my part that the appointment will not be confirmed by me as long as I do not receive an answer. Then came the answer (excerpt): You would like to score with your new excellent business photos on your website, in social networks or on flyers, folders, business cards? Choose between different offers after the photo shoot.

It feels like you're on one of those famous carpet journeys, only that it isn't said beforehand that there are ongoing sales events so that the journey is offered so cheaply.

When I immediately expressed my criticism that this approach bordered on the (un)serious - for me it even crossed the line - there was no reaction. Quite different when criticism of Google becomes public. I will not quote further from the email correspondence. In the first impression, one could really assume that Ms. Furgler was trying, because - according to the explanation - it was someone else's fault and Furgler is known, has stood for quality and seriousness for decades etc., I was then also given a free portrait (for free use) offered, which I rejected and still reject, because from my point of view you can still feel a certain - let's say - attitude that is incompatible with an honest admission of mistakes. Because at the end of the e-mail you get the message that the anger about being too late or an unanswered e-mail is justified, but my further accusations are not correct and in this embellished form are inappropriate and damaging to business.

As if I had complained about a late/unanswered email. Ms. Furgler, my accusations are correct with the dots and commas, because that is exactly what I experienced and what I received by email. You don't want to see that. That is their right. Therefore - even a embellishing and thus clearly describing the facts of the case criticism is far from inappropriate. You want to rectify the situation by offering me a free photo...and at the same time say that everything I describe is incorrect. That's not how customer service works.

But I'm happy to help you further: brief your team when calling entrepreneurs that truth/clarity is appropriate. There's nothing wrong with saying Photo is free, it's (only) for pressflash, if you want to use it yourself, it would cost xy. Then everything is fine and everyone can decide before they reserve their time or make use of routes. Etc.

We already took family photos a few years ago, unfortunately they were completely retouched, but the bigger cheek was that what was agreed by email was not billed! Not only did she double the price by just taking more photos, she wasn't willing to just charge for what was agreed upon and give away the number of photos she wanted!

Professional shooting in a pleasant atmosphere.
Parking in the yard worked great (at this point: be careful, the entrance to the yard is a bit narrow). We had a fun shoot with a friendly photographer who took enough time with us for both the photography and the subsequent selection of photos.

We received the pictures in the mail 3 working days later. Unfortunately, one had a stain/scratch. After a short complaint via e-mail, we received the picture again a day later, this time without damage.

I can only recommend the studio!

Wolfgang accompanied our wedding in May last year. The process was totally relaxed and uncomplicated. We got to know each other a little in his office in Graz, where we discussed the details for the big day.

On the wedding day itself, it was great to have such a great photographer like Wolfgang by our side, and we were able to record his easy-going and open-minded manner as a great plus.

Before the wedding we had a couple shooting, within 45 minutes Wolfgang had shot great photos with a wow effect.

We received a small selection of the pictures on the same day. It must be added that the pictures were already shiny without any editing - everything TOP - 100% recommendation!
