Awful customer service very unprofessional. Just saw such a dramatic act from them. They were so dramatic. No feelings in business. I was going in I turned right around and walked out. Be professional. With everyone. Disgraceful and extraordinarily unprofessional.

Came to do my passport photo for passport application. The guy has no patience, I've been asking him for the signature that the service Ontario is asking. And he told me that he already told me the answer. What kind of business is that. Can't answer my simple question even in just in a nice way. But when he is assisting a lady he's like a nice dog. He end up taking back the photo he took. And ask me to leave after confronting him. His sister stand up for him.

Reasonably priced and amazing staff! That pretty much sums up my first impression of pro Image studio! It's inside the shoppers world mall. If you plan to go on the weekend, be prepared to stand in line for some time. Its popular with people looking to get passport, visa and PR card photos. They process and deliver the photos in about 15 mins! The staff if very friendly and courteous. They are able to customize passport photos based on country requirements. At least I can confirm for US, Canada and India. The prices are very reasonable. They also have different portfolio packages for family photos as well as photos of babies. Highly recommend this studio for all you photography needs.

My family had an awesome experience! My daughter loves Christmas and seeing the Santa that they had there (Terry) he was amazing with both my kids! Little one cried but at the end loved him. My eldest was over the moon with how sweet he was. After the shoot we got to bond with him too and talk a little to get to know him which made our experience one of a kid. Very very pleased with this studio!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. It's very clean their and they don't rush you. I wish it was a little less cheaper if you rent the room but all in all it's so beautiful inside. I will be back again!!!!

We had family photos taken for 12 people and the entire process was so smooth, there was a mix of kids and adults and I really thought it would be a stressful experience coordinating everyone but Vision Room, specifically Jason our photographer, handled everything so well and we all had so much fun. From the initial conversation to receiving our beautiful pictures we have all been pleasantly surprised at Vision Room’s customer service, attention to detail, amazing work, and cooperation. I asked to have a business-casual headshot taken today for my social media accounts and was a little concerned because I've always had trouble getting good photos of myself taken by other photographers because of my dark skin tone. When I arrived, he was able to give me a picture that was beautiful and glowing, with editing that was done with great precision to make my skin tone look amazing. I really don't review things like this, but I'd encourage anyone looking for high-quality pictures to contact him.

They are good place to go for quick passport pictures and never had any issues doing on visiting them in the last few years. Overall they are very professional in what they do and produce excellent pictures that conforms to the standards, whatever the need may be. Have never tried their other studio capabilities so I can't comment, but overall they are really good and professional in what they do. I am giving them 4 starts are their pricing seemed to have soared recently but possibly that's the case with all the other post pandemic businesses.

Good and quick service for passport size photos

I came here for my Canadian and US passport photos. The photographer is quick and edits just as fast. Compared to other places that take passport photos, the quality is much better and it's only 2-3 dollars more.

I had a fantastic experience with Longman Studios for my wedding. From the beginning it was obvious that we could be ourselves with Harry, and that same quality brought out the best in all of the candid shots of our guests, too.
