Headshot Photo Studios in Markham

When I was using the photo to renew my PR card, I was sad that I am gonna use such an ugly photo to replace the nice one. Should have spent more time to travel to the other place who does a way better job. There was no communication or adjustment at all. And it only took the guy 1 sec to take the photo. Easy money. Not sure how he gets so many good reviews. Won't go again and wouldn't recommend.

Highly recommend this place for PR application photo! The photographer knows the requirements very well even without me showing him the instructions! The photo shooting and processing is fast, 15 mins , done! The photos are in very good quality as well! Very reasonable price for both physical copies and digital version!

When I called and start speaking in english that where are u located. ? The lady who picked up phone, instead of reply in the manner of my query, she said, we are not available this week. She didn't even care what I am asking.
I dont understand why most of these community people are so rude, unfriendly and dont care attitude even they r running business in Canada ?! Some people like this lady, only want to deal with same community.

The good thing is this studio provided both digital copy and hard copy with nice filter revision, which is convenient. However, 🥲the PR photo that I took here sadly got rejected by the government…

I came here to take passport photos for my eight month old son. He’s not yet able to sit up on his own, however they were able to prop him up in a chair and still take his photo. The pictures were ready in about 10 minutes and we’re very good quality. They provided four pictures in total. Would recommend!

Stanley is AMAZING, super friendly, attention to detail is top notch! Very satisfied with the result of the photos, and we highly recommend getting your photos taken here!

I had a great time in Stanley's studio. We chatted and discussed the poses and I feel like we are good friends for many years. I took the portrait and he treated it like a piece of art.

My husband and I were glad that we went to Stanley Photography for our passport photos.
Stanley is professional and knowledgeable.
At first, we thought it was just a passport photo; we googled and saw many options. We were planning to go to one of those places that offer passport photo service.
We actually picked a convenient store; but later thought it got to be better than that.
We then came across Stanley Photography and read the reviews. We decided to go to Stanley.
It was an excellent choice.
We love to share our wonderful experience.
For sure we will use Stanley Photography again.
The charge for the passport photo is very reasonable.

Mr. Stanley Wong is such a nice guy and he is so careful not only on taking photo graph, but also make the necessary photoshop on the screen.

Had a great shoot with family here. Our package included makeup and wardrobe which was really helpful. We had lots of fun and since it’s a self portrait, it was very relaxing and we had all types of different photos. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a unique photoshoot experience :).

My family had an excellent experience here. The photo quality is phenomenal!! Staff are very friendly and helpful, they checked in throughout the shoot to see if we needed help. Looks like they have a ton of outfits that you can rent if needed, as well as hair and makeup services. The studio is beautiful, feels very modern and luxurious. Will definitely come back here again. This is a very professional photo studio. The environment is very clean, and the service is very friendly and responsible. The lady who provided the makeup and hair services was very patient and gave me a lot of good suggestions. I recommend it to anyone who needs their graduation photos. I will definitely come back to take some other pictures in the future.

We found Violetta online while looking for a newborn/family photographer, I loved her style of photography that I saw on her social media. The booking process was so easy and she was very quick to respond! Our experience at the photo shoot was so amazing as well (we have a toddler and a newborn) so it was not easy but Violetta really had the magic touch to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Her studio is set up so aesthetically beautiful, it was perfect! The pictures turned out amazing and I can’t wait to hang them in our home. The photos are timeless!

Violetta is a great photographer, we got my Maternity photoshoot done on first week of June. She is really quick to pose and gets a nice shots without taking too much time at posing. She knows the outdoor area well so she takes you to spots where best pictures are to be taken right away. She knows how to find best lighting in all the conditions and she has mastered her craft for taking great photos and editing them. We had great experience with her and we are so glad that we chose her and thankful for the wonderful work that she did. I definitely would recommend Violetta for Maternity and family photos.

If you are looking for a photographer for your special events then I highly recommend Don! He was able to graciously step in when another photographer got into an accident and cancelled on the day of the event!

Don was really good at photographing different skin tones. We are Pakistani and Don was able to talk our photos without having us look like zombies. The pics were well lit and vibrant.

We reached out to Don for professional headshots. He was very friendly. Turnaround time was lightning speed!! We got out edited pics within 2 days I believe.

The location is a little cramped, and could use light tidying, but overall great experience!! Highly recommend!

The Glasshouse Studios is a beautiful studio space with multiple rooms of different sizes, colours and occasional themes depending on the season!

The getting-ready for my wedding-morning in Sept 2022 was nearby at The Marriott on Enterprise and The Glasshouse Studios was the perfect choice! We rented two adjoining rooms which happen to both be white, Sophia and Amalia. I love the all-white look with subtle pops of colour and it was very clean and classy looking. The space is even more beautiful in person and it’s very spacious to accommodate everyone comfortably. There are large windows and beautiful doors dividing the room that make for a beautiful backdrop for your portrait pictures or videography!

I was in communication with Sofiya a few months prior and she was very patient in answering all of my questions and even gave me a call to touchbase which I really appreciated.

I’m looking forward to being back and renting a different room at The Glasshouse Studios!

I love shooting at The Glasshouse Studios. The studios are all roomy and tastefully designed making it easy to make beautiful photographs in. It's easy for my clients to get to, the parking lot is so convenient, the entry is lovely and the bathrooms are great. Shiri and the rest of the team are so kind and friendly and wonderful to work with. I love how organized everything is and how on top of making sure things go smoothly everyone is. I couldn't recommend this studio more.

It was my first time shooting at Glasshouse Studios and I absolutely loved it! Every room was so beautiful and well done. The room I used was Elle, and it was magnificent. I am definitely going back to take more amazing photos of my beautiful clients! I can’t wait!

I was looking for a well-lit studio that could be easily made to look like an executive office, in order to do a head shot session with a more environmental feel. I found exactly what I was looking for at Glasshouse, at a very reasonable rate. Their studios are clean and tidy, spacious with high, white-painted ceilings, and include ample parking.

Dave and Katherine are such a great team. They make you feel very comfortable and natural, which is not always easy when posing for a photo. They know how to guide you to poses that look amazing in a photo, and they have tons of different lighting and background options to bring out the right colours and moods.
I did my work headshots there, and brought my teenage daughter for drama headshots. We were ecstatic with the results.

Dave and Katherine were just the best. For someone who is not comfortable in front of the camera or very photogenic, they made me feel very comfortable. Their service and photography skills are top notch. They spend time coaching you and reviewing photos during the shoot at a great pace all while being very lighthearted along the way. Would highly recommend them!

I'm not generally a fan of getting my picture taken, and I find I'm usually not very photogenic. I had a session with Dave and Haleigh at One Tree Studio Inc. and they really made me feel comfortable! I was quite picky and they took the extra time to ensure that I was happy with the end result. They truly care about customer satisfaction! Also, they take the highest quality head-shots that I have probably ever seen. I had an amazing experience getting photographed and can't recommend them enough.

I already had pretty high expectations coming in as my partner had a very positive experience getting head shots done a year ago, and they didn't disappoint at all. I didn't feel rushed in the shoot at all, and they both were very easy going, friendly and professional. They're the kind of people that you actually want to refer because of their skillful direction, photographic skills and their general cheerful, helpful attitude!

Sweet couple. Excellent sellers and sales strategy. I was initially signed up for 30 minutes free photography with one printed picture included and I ended up paying over 350$ for some more pictures. Quite overpriced. Don’t like the idea of paying separately for high resolution digital pictures 😩

David is an amazing photographer. Cannot write but good things about him. Went to do my new born photo shoot with him and he blew us away. His skill set and patience and ability to catch the moments the way he does is excellent.

Very impressed with David’s work! He was amazing with my high spirited 2 year old and newborn. Even during a pandemic, he was accommodating and patient. He did everything he could to get our daughter to smile. He cracked jokes which made us comfortable and didn’t rush! We are definitely coming back again and recommending him to family and friends! David is so wonderful to work with. he is VERY professional with his baby communication skills from the first session. our new born babies are not quiet ones, my husband and I are always nervous and anxious about the poses but David and Zen are very patient and trying to make everyone calm and comfortable in front of camera. I had maternity session for my both babies with him and he captured so many beautiful pictures. now we started 12 months plan for my second baby. thank you so much David for capturing the best moments in our life! you are awesome!

We cannot recommend Julia Park enough - from our maternity to our newborn shoot the experience was so memorable. She made us feel so comfortable, and we are not picture people. On top of it, having a beautiful wardrobe available for all sizes made it even easier especially with my pregnancy and post partum body. We received the photos quickly, loved every single one of them which made it hard to choose which ones to frame. The best part was Julia was fantastic with our newborn daughter, capturing those precious newborn moments that goes by too quickly. Thank you Julia!

We had the great opportunity of having our newborn photo session by Julia’s associate, Michele. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Even though we weren’t used to being in front of the camera, she made us feel very comfortable and helped guide us through each shot. Our photos turned out amazing, and we couldn’t be happier! We appreciated the quick turnaround time as well.

I've always shied away from maternity and newborn photo sessions because who feels glamourous either in their third trimester or weeks postpartum? Plus, who has the energy? As I closed in on my third and final pregnancy, and it was a twin pregnancy at that, I gave the maternity photo session serious consideration and came across Julia's portfolio online. The photos were stunning and she provided hair, makeup and wardrobe on top of that. All I had to do was show up and try to wrangle my toddler and preschooler.
The session was so effortless and she was so accommodating with me being huge and uncomfortable in the summer and my kids while capturing the moments, that I decided to book the newborn session on the spot.
After I was glammed up with hair and makeup, Julia was the consummate professional and set up a truly beautiful and breathtaking session. When my children arrived the first thing my 20 month old daughter said was ooh Mama, you look beautiful!
I came away from both sessions with a truly beautiful photobook. I rarely print off pictures these days, but once I got these books in my hands they really did seal the whole experience and made it all the more special. I cherish these books and know that they will become family heirlooms. Julia has such an artistry in putting the photos together that I could never do it justice by printing the photos in an album through an online service. Do yourself a favour and invest in the photo book. I guarantee you that you won't regret. I'm a year post my last experience and have absolutely no regrets in my investment. I only wish I had gotten two books because I know in the years to come my twins will be fighting over who gets to keep the book.
An added bonus is that her husband, Anton, is a skilled videographer and his works is poetry in motion. His montages of the session are like old Hollywood glamour.

Our family had a newborn photo session with Michele and she was phenomenal! Our baby was only 6 days old along with our super reactive dog but she was super patient and understanding the whole time. She really worked worth us and the attention to details that she put in while shooting is incredible. Highly recommend her and would definitely do our family shoot with the grandparents next!
