Made appointment, went there but there was no one available. I had to wait more than 20min because the photographer was in a photo shooting. No problem with that but then don’t secure appointments!

I've been to PicturePeople in Munich and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this one in Berger Street is behind expectations:

- Cramped space, especially for families. One baby was hit by the shop door - fortunately it wasn't hurt!
- Very hot in summer, and no good possibility to wipe shiny skin. Photographer didn't even seem to care about this. Needed to ask for wipes.
- Needed to wait 15 min. although I had an appointment.
- Picture was ok for a passport photo, but for 23 EUR quite costly for a 1 min. photograph.

You need good pictures? Go to this place. First time ever going to a professional photographer and I was not sure what should I expect how will this shooting end...
Therefore I was super lucky that I went to the studio at BergerStrasse. All the people are very nice and super professional. I've made an appointment and got immediately a email with tips and recommendations for the shooting.
The shooting was easygoing, Vanessa was my photographer and she did a super job. Never dreamed that my pics gonna look that good. I've thought I go for the standard shooting where you get 1 pic out of 50 pictures, but ended up with the premium package which was on sale for 59EUR as I needed different business outfits, indoor and outdoor. So we did different scenarios and I was super happy. The result was phenomenal, thanks Vanessa and thanks the team of Berger Picture People!

People here are so lovely. The photographer is definitely very professional and expert in his job. Everyone is so friendly and they try to make your entire experience very nice.. the whole time i was there, very comfortable and the overall shoot was awesome.. keep it up... And thanks... The only thing is it is bit costly...

It was difficult little dificult to find due being a very small space shared with a local mobile phone shop. Glad i found it!!! Great pictures at a fare price. Very quick and convenient.

Highly recommended place for a passport size photo, especially for the Indian passport as he clearly knows the size ( 2x2 inch) and nice customer service. Great service and very reasonable price. I got my passport photos taken and printed in just 5 mins. Amazing service.

I took my pictures today and really liked the entire customer experience. The service was very friendly and the owner very professional. He took several iterations / sessions to find the perfect shot. The price and value is really good and I can highly recommend that photo studio. The only area for improvement would be the acceptance of digital payments.

Wonderful and prompt service. The photographer, who I believe is an owner of this business, is a very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant person. Takes great care of his customers and will always suggest the best options. If necessary, he will take several pictures and let you choose. The price is very reasonable and overall quick great service especially if you are in a hurry. There is also a print shop in the same building, which was a life saver for me .

I arrived a few minutes before closing and there were already other customers waiting. The young guy in was very polite and friendly, and allowed me to take my time to ease into the situation, took a round of pics, then showed me, I fixed my hair, we did another round of pics, and then I took my sweet time looking at the pics both on his camera display as well as on the computer. He consulted me on ID regulations but let me make my own decision. When I was going back and forth between two pictures, we'd advise me but ultimately let me take my time. After all was done, he was the one to actually thank for my patience! The outcome are four great ID pictures, well lit, well positioned, handed over in a premium protective cover.

I am very excited about business photos I got today. I decided to go for 2 different settings/photos. Johann did a great job with lightning and positioning. He helped me to select the best shots. Then he stroke perfect balance while fine tuning the photos. I have put the photo already (same day) as my profile photo online. I am really happy with the result. I went here for my passport photo but due to some misunderstanding in the appointment timing, I had to wait for 20mins. But the photographer was really nice and apologetic about this. He later gave me photos for free. :-)

I hate HATE taking pictures but I needed to update my business headshots for resume and online profile...I was definitely not feeling comfortable going into the studio - I brought 6 shirts, not knowing what would be best. The photographer - Inga - was incredibly gracious and patient with me, she even helped me pick out the best clothing to wear (colors). And she made me feel really comfortable and helped guide me throughout the shoot. She even went a spontaneous route and moved away from the traditional background (black/grey/white solid background) and put me over by a window, moving furniture around in the background to capture the right background and light. I felt like she was very responsive to my needs and my feelings throughout and I have some of the best photos ever taken, truly. I have friends and family asking me where they can get such photography headshots. I would highly recommend visiting this studio and Inga - Thank You!! - for helping me get over my photo-phobia!

I had a great experience with T. W. Klein. I needed photos for job applications, and I was really impressed by the service I received. The staff were really friendly and professional, and the photo-taking process was very relaxed - there was no rush at all. Afterwards, we went through all of the photos that had been taken and narrowed them now to a handful, and the professional advice I received from Herr Klein about which were the best was really appreciated. I received the final photos promptly, and I was really impressed with all of them. They were to a really high quality and were infinitely better than the photos I had been previously using for job applications. I would have no reservation in recommending Herr Klein's service - I will certainly go back in the future if I ever need any more photographs.

I'm super satisfied. I was with Mr. Klein 10 years ago and now again to update my job pictures. Both times great and very professional pictures came out. Mr. Klein just manages to capture exactly the right moment and has a very good eye for the details. If you want to have sensible and professional pictures, this is the right place for you!

For over 20 years I have been trying in vain to persuade my husband to make a friendly face in photos and Mr. Klein manages it in 1 hour. Michael Kleinespel took great portraits of me. The atmosphere in his studio was very casual but professional at the same time. Sometimes, life goes by very fast and before you realise, it's a year since you got married! As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, we took the opportunity to look back in time at our wedding day. Kai is a very charming person and just blends in the crowed. Unless you ask him specifically for a picture, you would not notice him taking pictures of you and your wedding party. The photo shoot was extremely fun! It was surprising how fast he made us feel comfortable around his cameras! We definitely did the right decision in hiring him for our wedding!

We knew Kai would be the perfect fit as our wedding photographer the moment we met him for our mutual pitch over a bowl of ice cream approx. 10 months before our civil wedding. We decided right there to book him for our civil marriage, the church ceremony plus reception and an after wedding shoot.

Hardly did we know in that moment, however, that he would be much more than “just” our photographer. Kai proved to be an invaluable asset to our entire wedding planning with recommendations for a DJ, videographer and much more.

At the civil wedding and on the day of our church ceremony, Kai was a welcome pillar of calmness amidst all the excitement. He also blended seamlessly with our guests.

Most importantly, however, Kai’s photos turned out amazing. He beautifully captured the emotions of our guests and ourselves. His artistic approach and playful use of natural surroundings, colors and light still leave us breathless when looking through our pictures.

Kai was the perfect photographer for our wedding at Schlosshotel Kronberg and we can only say good things about working with him. The communication and the whole process was great, fast and smooth. The day itself was perfect as well, not to mention all of our guests loved him and how he fit into the atmosphere. He made a lot of suggestions and guided us throughout which helped us a lot. He took on board all of our wishes and inspirations, he has a lot of experience working with many couples.

We were coming from Berlin with our wedding near Frankfurt so a lot of communication and planning was done over Skype and email, plus we met him there a day before the wedding so even if you are coming from somewhere else, it is not a problem.

We are a couple working and living in New York, and when we discovered Kajul Photography on the web, we knew that we had to see if they were available to photograph our wedding in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. Luckily, of the two photographers affiliated with Kajul, Kai Fritze still had room on his schedule for 2015, so we immediately confirmed him. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon Kajul in our early planning stages when we knew next-to-nothing about the process.

And what can we say about Kai? There were so many, many precious moments from our wedding that Kai creatively and adeptly captured throughout the day. Although he is primarily an artistic photographer with a beautiful eye for composition, framing, and that element of surprise, he humored our request to have many group photos with friends, family, and other loved ones. And of course, we had so much fun, especially during our portrait sessions on the rocks along the Rhein river, and in front of the venue/surrounding vineyard-Schloss Vollrads. We didn't hire a videographer, but Kai's ability to be everywhere all at once seemed to make this need really obsolete. We had great coverage, end-to-end, from the getting ready to the first dance and the big dance party.

If you need an experienced, friendly photographer to document your big day, we highly recommend reaching out to Kajul for your needs. It's also worth noting that in the weeks following the big day, Kai was diligent in cleaning up and choosing the final photos to share with us. He also made sure that our end-of-year holiday presents - wedding albums, of course - were printed, bound, and mailed to us just in time for us to give them as gifts to our family and close friends. We'll never forget the day, so a big thank you to Kajul Photography/Kai Fritze!
